Mission
Statement
The object and purpose of the
Iowa State USBC Women's Bowling Association is to
unite in a central organization all qualified women bowlers in the
State of Iowa;
to create, maintain and increase interest among women in the game of
bowling;
to provide recognition of skills and accomplishments through awards;
to provide an atmosphere for attaining leadership skills; and to
promote, conduct, manage, and/or sponsor annual bowling tournaments
for members.

IOWA STATE USBC
WBA TO HOST ANNUAL SUMMER WORKSHOP!
The Summer Workshop is set for Saturday, July
19, 2008 at the Moose Lodge in Marshalltown, IA. The workshop
will begin at 10:00 am and conclude by 2:00 pm. Lunch tickets,
$5.00, are available from Kitty Hutchens, 801 N. 5th Ave.,
Marshalltown, IA 50158. Deadline for lunch ticket purchase
is July 10, 2008.
Directions to the Moose Lodge: From
Highway 30 east/west take the 18th Ave, exit, go north on 18th Ave,
turn left on Olive Street (just past the soccer complex). The
Moose lodge is on the right. From Highway 14 from the north,
turn left on Marion Street (just past Kum N Go store), follow Marion
Street to stop sign, turn right on 18th Ave., keep heading south to
Olive Street, turn right; the Moose lodge is on the right.
